Job Description:
The Senior Business Systems Analysis Professional performs analysis of business, process and user needs, documentation of requirements, cost/benefit analysis and translation into proper system requirement specifications. The Senior Business Systems Analysis Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Job Responsibilities:
The Senior Business Systems Analysis Professional formulates and defines systems and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. Devises or modifies procedures and processes to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Validates benefits achieved from solution implementation. Begins to influence department’s strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
- Effectively communicating your insights, plans and outcome to cross-functional team members and management.
- Building mockups using Figma
- Performing requirements analysis for future strategic projects.
- The candidate will be part of an agile delivery team & work with both Business and IT bringing value by being a leader for the team & helping bridge the gap between Business and IT.
- Determine requirements for IT deliverable and objectives by understanding IT capabilities within a Salesforce solution & studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats, studying system capabilities and determine its specifications.
- Provide recommendation on requirements, documentation, general processes , team collaboration and standards per processes , documentation , and general practices in the industry
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Leading ongoing reviews of current and future business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Working hand in hand with business and scrum teams helping generate stories using Azure.
- Working with business & IT on of product features.
- Helping with roadmaps for our business partners. on prioritization
Job Requirements:
- Master Degree in business or equivalent field
- Big Picture Thinking
- Working knowledge of Salesforce
- Exposure to healthcare industry
- Competency in writing stories using tools such as Azure.
- A track record of following through on commitments.
- Ability to prioritize the team activity with your own activities
- Ability to work independently and with others on the team
- Competency in Interface Design tools such as Figma.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
- Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
- Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Good Communication, verbal / writing skills and relationship building capability Problem Solving with critical thinking approach
- Ability to impact operations and effect changes in IT and business processes
