Job Description:

We’re looking to recruit a director level position in Consumer healthcare that will give outstanding candidates the opportunity to meaningfully touch and change lives in North Europe (UK, Ireland, Nordics). Based in High Wycombe and directing a varied team of medical affairs professionals, you will bring your learned experience, leadership, partnership, scientific creativity and innovation to a role that you can craft and grow.

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of clear team-building abilities, developing and leading them into sophisticated units, delivering excellent outcomes
• Knowledge of key global regulatory frameworks for selfcare products will be a plus
• A talent for innovation, working using agile processes and business frameworks, and with them a track record of partnering across a diverse set of business partners to deliver process improvements, new products and innovations to consumers and those looking after them
• An ability to understand business context and work closely and strategically with R&D and commercial business partners in the development of Selfcare products & the science relating to them
• You have a biological sciences degree (pharmacy or medical degrees would be an advantage) and proven experience working in the Consumer Healthcare OTC environment (experience in other related areas such as pharma or devices would be a plus!)
• Clear evidence of career progression with growing seniority and responsibility, and consistent delivery
• You find and deliver solutions and encourage others to do the same
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including spoken and written English
• Previous regulatory interactions with key health authorities (eg, FDA, BfArM, MHRA, etc) would be very likely
• Experience in the conduct of clinical research would be a benefit
• Proven experience in a relevant strategic, leadership role in Consumer Health medical affairs
